HID Wiring Harness

So I was running my HID relay harness from TRS, and when I got to the part of plugging it into my stock wirring harness... it doesn't match up. The wiring harness is for the H7. Did I miss ordering a separate harness or something?
Either way, I'm thinking of just cutting the stock harness off and soldering the wires to the relay harness. Or do I need to order a harness and avoid night time driving till I get it?

the ballast/bulb wiring should have a loose blade on it that would plug into the oem wire harness. but the best way to do this is install your ballasts where you want, ground them to the chassis. then run a dedicated fused power wire from the battery, to a relay, to each ballast. then use the + from the oem harness to turn the relay on and off.

ps, you shouldn't have to cut anything at all to install this. just tuck the oems away neatly.
