HID Problems

I installed HID H4 Single Beam (9003) on my car.

Got some questions now tho..

I had to fix the problem of dismatch on the polarity for the H4 kit. I had to cut and miss match wires. So anyways sometimes when I turn on the car the lights flicker on and off really fast for around 10 seconds then go out. This is even before I turn on the lights. Then when I do turn on the lights they don't come on. I have to turn lights on/then turn to high beams/then turn high beams off and then they come on. I cannot just turn the lights on and have them on. I have to go to high beams on/then off for them to work at all. Prolly really confusing to understand, but has anyone ever heard of this or know what the problem might be?

what kind of kit is it?
is it a bi-xenon? where the magnetic plate slides to give you a high beam or do you only have the bulbs that are only for the low beam +/-?

Is it like a Mc collough where you just plug and play or like my Phillips kit which plugs into the harness for the lights and you have to ground and wire it to the battery?

When you cut them up and matched the wires did you use a method to tell which was the + and - as well as the + that is dormant until you high beam?

sorry just need to know before I can even try to help you if I can that is..

I only have the bulbs that are for the low beam.. This kit cancels out high-beams.

It's a plug and play kit.

And I just followed the instructions on witch wires to cut and to match up off of hidynamic.com
