HID fogs, please help!

Alright guys, I know there are millions of these threads out there, but I haven't seen any asking my questions, and I figured this would be the easiest way to get them answered.

I want to put HIDs in my fogs, just like everyone.
I need suggestions on brands, ratings, everything!
And also, I know you can't put HID's in cars that don't have appropriate housings for them, or else they will melt them.
Do I need to replace my housings in my fogs for this to be possible? Or does it work differently?
Honestly, I just need to know everything about them, so that I can make the best choice.

xenons actually don't make as much heat as regular halogens do. since you have the gt you already have hids for low beams, i would suggest a yellow color for your fogs to make a more european look.

you can find kits pretty much anywhere, just google HID or something along those lines. and there are plenty of threads about the same subject.

just remember that your stock fog harness may not be able to support the voltage needed to start the xenons, since they need more than regular halogen. once they are on though they only need a few bolts, unlike halogens

you kinda get what you pay for with these too, cheaper ones may just be that, cheap (like $150 or less), and they'll end up like eurolites that blow after a week
