You probably have a leak somewhere. Check all of your connections, make sure they are all on properly and secured right.

So if relocating the MAF is the solution to the problem, what do you put in place of the MAF between the 2 CAI pipes? Just get a short pipe of the same diameter to take the place of the MAF? I ask because the previous owner of my MSP had some janky pseudo-SRI set up that's barely hanging for dear life, and I recently purchased an Injen CAI to replace it. The MAF was relocated to the cold pipe between the BOV and the throttle body.

Thanks for the help i relocated the maf it actually runs now it idles low like it wants to die when i stopand i have a recirculating bov that connects back into the intake if i barely get on it it makes a loud flutter noise is that bad? ^^^^^what i did was just removed that pipe that cobbected to the maf and put intake on the piece running to the turbo

u can run an injen intake as a short ram intake. and HKS bov normally flutter as their natural sound. or it can also be some compressor surge. many members also run both a bov and bpv set up to kill the surge aka "turkey" sound u get.

Ok one more ? Now it seems when i hit boost the turbo is just spinning and not pulling and car also idles real low when i come to a stop then idles fine after?

yep definite boost leak somewhere. lol. recheck all clamps. i mean my car does the same thing cuz my egr valve is probably sticking. msp are known for that.
