Hi everyone! New to the forum and excited to learn more from you all!
Anyways, test drove the new Honda HRV, Nissan Rogue, and Mazda CX-5. I really liked the cx-5, but unlike the Honda and Nissan, you really have to go up to the highest trim to get a lot of the identical features that I want and like to have in a car. I knew I didn't want to pay the price for a grand touring and started asking for quotes for the 2016 touring. One dealer had 3 2015 cx-5's left, all of which were grand tourings and they told me they could get me in one for less than a 2016 touring! I told them last week I would get there first thing Saturday morning for the gray. Got there and it had been sold. Down to two - silver and black, neither colors I particular car for, especially silver. Silver was AWD, don't need that, so I was down to one. I thought it was a good price, but still wasn't happy and left since they wouldn't meet my demand. Sure enough before I got to my car they said they would meet my demand. But playing that game, I was like okay, still not happy, throw in some accessories for that price and I will buy. Done!
So for now I am an owner of my first brand new car, first suv, and first Mazda!
