I don't know about that neon 3?? It's really hard to tell the tent b/c of the pic. my opinion is, you should get a shorty antenna nad put some wheels on it. Wheels always make a car look different if everything else is stock. hope this helps!!

rims. yeah i know... gimme a break... im workin on it.
ok so the 3... i was just thinking i wanted my car to be mine.
and so people around would recognize my car.
i personally love the 3 haha. was gonna put a 4 on haha, but i was like nahhh

totally needs rims... im thinkin all black on the rims... i kinda like the neon green accent. you should also get a shorter antennae.

you can get a stubby antenna for $13 shipped at carccessory.com, also i would definitely reccomend crystal side reflectors, they would definitely pop on ur car! (everyone goes black out, except me cuz im a rebel! hehe)
