HELPPPP please ecu problem????

I have a 2003 mazdaspeed protege and just did engine swap to a new fs motor and sat in garage for 5 hours to find out that my ecu is no good anyone know where i can get one?

Did you take it apart? open up the case? what are your symptoms?
