Whats up I have a 01 mp3 and have a tach I want to install but I have no clue as to where to connect the green wire if u could please help

The car comes with a tach. You don't need to install another one..

(Sigh) u shoulda got a honda... but use the wires that go to the tach you already have...the last tach I put in only had 3 wires (hot wire,ground,signal) u may have more if your using a shift light. But just for s**** and giggles is it a big 5" monster tach?

just realized you are in Waco, not too far from me, another texas mazda!!! But anyway, an aftermarket tach is pretty useless I think. If your stock tach is still working, you have no need for one. What is your reason for installing an aftermarket tach?
