Help with Mx6 v-6 Engine noise....

[Mx6 in SA TX]

I just replaced the head gaskets on this engine, put it together and within an hour the engine started making noise, a knocking noise. I have found similar noises on the internet on youtube, and on here, and I am 100% sure the noise is identical. From what I am hearing its the timing belt tensioner. This will not be a problem to replace it, I wanted to know if anyone on here has ever changed theirs, and if so, where is the best place to buy a new one? Thanks......
