HELP: Squeak/Moan after installing Prokit

So I installed a Prokit the other day on my 07 mz3 sport. A couple hickups here and there, including accedentically opening up the bearing on the top of the shock. I put that back together but now I should replace that bearing, not a big deal, but after the rest install was complete I took the car for a test drive. I noticed two noises, one when I am driving slow and turning, which I have found out is the result of opening up the bearing, so once I replace that bearing that should solve that noise. The second noise comes when I am driving, there is a sqeak/moan that comes from some component that is turning, such as the brakes, wheel, or drive shaft. You can tell that it comes from a turning component because it gets faster as I accelerate and slower as I slow down (much like a rock stuck in your tire would), seemingly in rhythm with the rotation of the wheels. Also, as I come to a complete stop it turns into more of a groan than a squeak. I took the wheels off and double checked that I torqued all the nuts/bolts that I had loosened, then removed the calipers and rotors, making sure nothing was stuck in there. I also spun the wheels as it was jacked up to see if I could re-create the noise, and I could not, so I am thinking it only happens when the suspension system is loaded with the weight of the car. Also I took a look to see if I could see rub marks on the drive shaft, rotors, or rims and I couldn't see anything.

Now I am wondering if anyone had this or heard of it? Also, I am wondering if the tire could be rubbing on the spring slightly? Has anyone heard of that happening, I am running RX-8's with the stock Bridgestone 225/45R18's.

Any recommendations or suggestions would be great.

I'm going to assume its not rubbing the tire, if it was you would itleast smell a small amount of burning rubber. You can take it down the highway then stop and smell in your wheel well, that will help illiminate the tire rub, other than that, im clueless.
