Help: need to find canadian distributors for parts!!

well i need to order some parts for my car and i have found everything i want and need at the street unit website. the problem is that the shipping will be killing me since im in canada...so my question for you guys and girls is, is there a canadian based distributor of parts for our cars? i need the awr front and rear swaybar end links and front and rear engine mounts

if there is no such shop/distributor, does anyone know how i could get a discount at street unit to help me out a little bit at least?

Dude every single part that's on my car I've ordered from the US. It sucks, but it's gotta be done... Even my engine came from New Jersey.

im hoping to find out soon, i just got this car not too long ago and i never got to run it...i cant wait to see what this car can do as this is one of many cars ive owned but first turbo'd car

i beat my friend with his rsx-s by a fender and that was with 8psi and front mount, he ran a 15.1 last year. now i have a catless j-pipe back and i am waiting for my downpipe to get fabricated so that i can throw on the wrx injectors and the afc and get it tuned for 11-12 pounds safely and smoothly because i am still having some hesitation issues which is very annoying

the guy i bought my exhaust (1 cat deleted) and intercooler from ran his car at 13psi and he got a 14.2...i am doing the turbo back exhaust for better flow as well as the injectors and proper tuning but less boost so im guessing im going to be somewhere there in the high 13-low 14 range

if i find a good deal on a 626 manifold, ill do that too ...all i want is to be faster than my broter with his golf and big turbo haha

Ya last year I dragged my buddy Andy in his RSX-S, and beat him by about a carlength each time on 8psi. Now he's supercharged, but now I'm also on a built block and pushing 18psi lol. We'll see...

The trick to ordering online is to get everything at once, so you save on shipping and GST. THat's what I do...

ahha very true, the plan was to just order the end links, but i decided to just order engine mounts aswell instead of making my own

i was looking for the cooler rirdium sparkplugs aswell to order from them but they did not have any...so i still need to look around more, any sugestions?

The cooler plugs are the B7KRE-11's but they're copper and need to be changed frequently. I only got about 5,000Km's on them. I just got the iridium ones from SU and they're gonna be sweet.

so there are no iridium ZFR7FIX-11 ?...i dont really want copper for that specific reason, if i wanted copper i could have ordered those aswell but the only iridiums they had was ZFR6FIX-11 and IZFR6F-11 ...stock heat range

Ya, the ZFR6FIX-11's are what I have. Stock heat range yes, but I've got fuel management, 8.5:1 pistons and a thick ass head gasket that drops the compression further, so it's not a problem for me. Just keep it below 10psi and listen for knock. Plugs don't make that much of a difference.

I would seriously shop around the net for venders in alberta, canada and the states, i have been buying stuff from all over, it really depnds on the part your looking for. Also you gotta factor in shipping and CUSTOMS from the US.

I got my exhaust from tuner works for a good price (vibrant). But got other things from the US.

It was about 2 years ago, and i think it was around that range. If you do get this, make sure they send you the right gaskets, mine got left out buy accident, but they express posted them to me asap. Mine also came with a silencer, but not sure it that is still the case.

yup as they said, everything we order is from the US. Do what we all do and order parts from other members to bypass customs or make a big order at once.

im lucky about the customs part because this company shipped it via USPS and from my past experiences USPS=no customs so far
