ITs been in storage in my garage since like the 2nd week of december, i have only 3038 miles on it. its pretty damn cold here in the D, about 15 degrees, 7 degrees this morning. i start her up at least once a week. i just went to the garage to fire her up and now all i'm getting is the starter. it won't turn over. its not really making that clicking noise its a little louder than that. could be that my battery is drained from the alarm?? there is power though cuz the radio is working. but when i arm the alarm it sounds alittle weak. it doesn't sound like it normally sounds when u arm it. so maybe it is the battery huh??? i dunno please help i'm pretty pissed right now!!! WTF

Battery. If you store your car. Disconnect the battery, and store it in a warm area of the home. Dont place it on oconcrete (it actually will kill the battery) and even put a trickle charger on it 1 time a week. :D

Get a jump pack to use to start the car when you feel the need to.

It mabe be a little more expensive then jut letting it sit, but it costs more in the long run. :D

I'm thinkin so too i'm gettin ready to go back out there and push the car out so i can jump it. lets see what happens.

yup definitely was, i kinda figured. just needed some outside conifirmation to be sure. thanks fellas!! definitely gonna be warmin her up every other day.

The problem is...if you just start it up and let it warm up you may not be allowing enough time to re-charge the battery...starting the car takes a lot of power and if you don't give enough time to make that power back the battery will eventually go dead.

u could do the rolling start thing...where u let the car roll first while the ignition is in "on"...then when u're going fast enough let the clutch go a lil' bit in 2nd or 1st gear (or even 5th gear) to engage the engine and the engine should start...then drive around in your car for about 30 minutes. let it sit for 5 more...

what would happen if that didnt work :D ..... brakes would lock up after a coupe pumps and then it would be a roll to a stop without brakes

why wouldn't it work ? it works for every manual car in the world. you would have the e-brake to stop you from rolling. you're not gonna be going over 5mph to get the engine turned over
