HELP!!! MP3 motor to MSP motor swap....

I'm reaching out to my fellow Protege owners for help!! I have a 2001 MP3 and the motor went up and have a 03 Mazdaspeed engine at my friends work that I can put in but need the info before I start. Is there any problems going from the MP3 motor to the MSP? I know there will have to be modifications made but has anyone ever done this and what problems did you run into? ALL THE INFO you can give would greatly be appreciated!
