HELP - M3 06, Neo Car Audio (PODMAZV1) - installtion problem

Hi,

I just bought a new PODMAZV1 for my 06 m3, and having trouble getting it to work. my SAT button does not do anything when I press it. I tried all the switch configuration on the manual but does not seem to get the SAT button to do anything. also, trying the CDC option is very flaky, so not sure what it is.

I'm waiting for a call back from the customer service, but want to make sure is not my car stereo the problem. is there anything I need to do to get the SAT button to work?
