HELP! Loss of power and CELs

I have a 08 MazdaSpeed 3 with a few mods, a CP-E catless downpipe, CP-E CAI, and Cobbs accessport w/ Stage2+MSCAI 91 v102 map. I have been running this setup for about 4 months with no issues. Today I was in stop and go traffic on the interstate and the engine started to die with almost complete loss of power. I pulled off the road and RPMs were bouncing between 500 and 1500. I turned off the car and then started it back up without any issues. I had full power when out of gear, but when to put it in first, it died again; bouncing between 500 and 1500 RPM. I had three cels post, they are below. After several attempts at starting/stopping, I was able to take off when maintaining high RPMs. When I was at low RPM, the engine would try to lose power again. If I would keep the RPMs over 4500 the car was fine. When below 4500, it would try to fade out again. I live in Florida and this was the hottest day since I have added my mods. My car was also sitting in a parking lot during the hottest part of the day. My engine temp gage was right where it always is though. I finally made it home and parked in the garage and hit the forums trying to figure out what occurred and read up on the cels. I didnt find anyone having similar issues with same cels. So I checked under the hood and didnt see any obvious issues. I grabbed my access port to do some logging and went for a ride and didnt get any of the prior symptoms. I drove it around town for 45 min and still nothing.
Anyone have any insight or similar issues?
I know if I take it to mazda they will blame the mods. Any info would be much appreciated!

I had the following happen:

p2128 (TP) sensor/switch E circuit high input and three other codes. The car's engine kept turning but would not start...eventually the system malfunction security on the dash started to flash....

All work was done around the fuse box so something went ape s*** there- short and what-not. I will be testing the ECU to see if it got fried this Sunday - step by step to rule everything out that is working fine.

I am getting the service repair manual so hit me up if you're still having those codes and I could look them up for you and tell you how to go about it.
