I havent driven my car in months because i blew the motor and i just got one put in a few days ago.. i feel like the suspention and steering are way off. when i turn the steering wheel while driving i feel like it has a few degrees of free play before i feel the car actually move. another problem ive notices is then im just going in a straight line the wheel is turned to the left a little. is this caused by my power steering or will getting an alignment fix this? also ive noticed a lot of torque steer, i know this car is known for it, but is there a way to reduce it?

Sounds like when you dropped the subframe/pulled the A arms, your suspension got torqued pretty hard to the one side. I'd get that in to a suspension guru ASAP.

turned wheel while going straight sounds like an alignment issue. as for torque steer... just hold on tighter!

my car is flashing the TCS light now when going through turns.. or stays on unti i turn off/on the car

So, something is honked. The traction control is speed sensing, and if it's automatically flashing when you turn, something is out of whack to the point that it's spinning out of line in relation to the other side of the car. Something tells me you have a lot of toe- meaning if you looked down at the top of the car the wheels are / \ instead of | |. Or perhaps | /, or something.
