Help door wont open

Hey guys, I've been searching non-stop for 36hrs and to find the root of the problem and what people have vaugly said to do to open it but I'm at a loss

So here's what I have:
Driver side front door wont open from inside or out.
Actuator works but driver side door only unlocks 1/2 way..
-- I know the problem is a spring in the actuator or from what I've read that should be the problem.
No here's for my problem...
This is a summary of what MANY threads have said about opening the door.
------ open door panel - pull down on push rode and twist - door should unlock.
Now when I finally go thte door panel 1/2 half to see what's going on... The push rod is a wire, I've undone it from the lock and I've pulled it as hard as a can... the first initial pull on the door handle I can feel some kind of feed back, but wont budge.

What's the secrete to getting this door open so I can get the actuator out and fix it????

Try to find a way to get your hand inside the door towards the back of the door towards the latch. See if you can try to trigger the door unlocked or open from there. Sounds like actuator may be binding or the actual mechanism is jammed up.

Might be more useful in the Protege section rather than the Mazda6 section..
