HELP!! CEL is on...

my CEL was on for awhile, i just could never find out what the problem is, engine code P2187 system too lean at idle(bank 1). people with knowledge please help this brother out. my mods are, BOV,SRI,INLET,DP/RP(cattless) and 2 RESONATOR REMOVE. by the way today i messed up the recir hose, so i have to run in VTA mod, it is safe to run in VTA for short term? i heard lots backfire, im so worry about my car (sad1). any advise will be greatly appreciated!!!!!
 
i work hard for this car, try to pay this thing off. im really out of time plus i dont have a garage. i just order new intake filter,coupler and all T blot clamps. hopefuly it will solve the problem.......could it be other things such as fuel pump? 02 sensor??
 
You could have just cleaned the filter and saved . . .

Could be a leak somewhere or your DP may throw a code. Your fuel pump should be fine. Maybe your SRI needs some sort of air straightener?? You could also need a tune. Frankly if you install a DP you should be willing to invest in a tune or gauges so you can see whats going on.

I get the same code you do but its because of my AP tune. Im getting custom tuned so its only temporary.
 
i do have a air straightner and i havent clean my filter for about 25k..............im sucks to potecting my car... i always fcuk it up.

put everything back into stock except dp/rp, it feels alot better, hopefully it will solve my problem.....
 
P2187 could also be associated with a high pressure fuel pump failure to reach proper flow and pressure at the idle speed.
 
Most likely cause of a lean at idle CEL is a post MAF leak in my experience. Just some food for thought...
