Start with "Goof Off". If that won't do it, laquer thinner quickly followed with alchohol, then water.

for everyone that cant see it, he got black sprayable window tint on his paint
sort of like nightshades but a diff brand
ou prob should use what rotus said, if that doesnt work
a good body shop could prob buff/polish it out for you

its not loading on my comp. but judging from your avatar....i'd say you have a case of silver-itis....you should paint your car black mica ASAP!!!! lol
