Help a Not so newbie- again.

hey guys.

I am planning on doing the 70 000 km (43000 miles) service myself. While Im doing so, I am planning on changing the spark plugs to one step colder plugs as well. I live in south africa, and the winter temps here range from 33 F to 82 F, so a few quick Qs,

What oil to use? I am going with a fully synthetic, but grade? 5W40?

Plugs - NGK iradium? gapping?

I am also doing the coil spring stretch....

I have done a search on this, but the opinions do vary.... see modslist below.

Car is going in for the full exhasut also this weekend, and uni chip next week. (I hope)

I would go with 5W30 from a known company. As for plugs, NGK Iridium would do and if they're the kind that needs to be gapped, the gap spec for our cars is 0.028"-0.031" or 0.7-0.8mm

Denso ITV22 are 1 step colder and come pre-gapped.
