heater problem

my heater doesn't work in my mp5, i get air coming in, but it cold and doesn'tget any hotter. anyone know the reason why it not heating up>?

was the engine cold? coz if its cold u wont get warm air

no the engine wasn't cold, after like a 10 min drive, even the temperaute gauage was in the middle.

The Proteg5 has a heater? (uhm) Heck, I don't think I've ever even turned mine on (living in south Louisiana sux!).

yes my temperature is up, even the the a/c is on.
it suck if you live in a cold state like alaska.

Check the heater hoses that run from motor to firewall. If they are not hot when the engine is warmed up then you have a coolant blockage somewhere.

Dude take it back to Continental Mazda and have them look at it.
It's not "break up" yet, we still have a couple cold months left(yes)
