Heated Seats

Today the temps were in the -15F range when I started the car with the key. The seats became warm enough for me to switch the heater to the low setting in about 5 minutes. My butt wasn't exactly on fire, but the seats were becoming warm enough. My seats are cloth though, not leather.

Our 2004 Tribute only has on or off and it gets so hot I don't leave it on for long. The CX9 on the other hand isn't nearly as hot on high as the Tribute. I think they used different elements than some of the older vehicles.

Maccoy - You said you has the seat on 3. Do the 14s have High-Med-Lo?

I just purchased a 2014 CX-9 GT without Tech Package last night and mine only has High & Low.
