Headrest won't stay down

Any one else have issues with the driver's headrest raising up on it's own all the time? I am constantly having to adjust it back down to the bottom where I want it, but it never stays put!

Yeah--when you rub it with your head, it has a tendency to extend up. The button you push in only keeps it from going down, not up.

Ditto here on my 08.

Moves up about an inch, on it's own. I thought my wife was playing games on me.
