Headliner Indentation

Hello all. I'm a newbie here from Philadelphia. I'm a recent owner of a 2014 mazda6.

I had a question. I noticed this indentation in my headliner recently. Haven't really looked up there too much, so it could have been there since the day I bought it. It's not really a dent it's a hard indent when feeling it.

Anyone else have something like this?

If anyone has noticed anything similar let me know. It seems like you'd have to put a baseball to the headliner to make this kind of mark.
