can someone post a pic of the p5 with HIDs. are getting HIDs useless w/o modifying them to be projectors?

They look green in the pics, but they are white..........5000K

I can post tomorrow. Too tired today. It is not useless w/o the projectors. Just make sure to aim them so that you don't blind people.

The point of projectors mainly is to focus the light so that there is not much glare. I've had HIDs for a few months with no issues.

how do you aim them. i thought there was only one position they could be in when they are in the housing.

are those HID fogs or halogen? i want to get HID lows but they dont have the H3C in 3000K so i am stuck staying with what i have

Halogen in the fogs, they get the job done.

There's a yellowish screw/bolt on the back of the headlight housing that you turn to lower or raise the entire headlight housing.

After you put in HIDs, lower the headlight a lot

well i am debating apexcone or ddm. that's the only thinking going on. xtec is now apexcone according to the xenon expert site which is why i am leaning that way. but then i want the small ballasts that ddm has.

You will be happy with either; however small ballasts are nice. I am happy with my kit!

lol. it's not out of the question, especially since kansei posted saying how he properly aimed his and compared them to his mom's factory HIDs and there wasnt any significant problem
