Going to give a try replacing the headlight retainer clip with a piece of plexi. Lost my mind trying to replace drivers side low beam and destroyed the retainer clip. So I saw that bucd with a Protege 5 tried this with success. Need to know a few things; what is the maximum thickness of the plastic because the prongs of light still have to engage the harness? and actual size and shape of plastic?
