Headlight Project: Projectors(pics inside)...

How many times have you oven'd your headlights? Does the epoxy glue still work as well after being pulled apart and put together several times? I took my headlights apart once to paint them black, but I need to get a new adjustment screw on one of the headlights, so I'll need to pull it apart again... plus I plan to be like you someday.... with projectors (wink)

I have only taking apart the headlights one time and I think once you reheat the glue it will become sticky again..

Very small UPDATE just got the HID bulbs and tryed them out but only took pics of the headlights.. I have been so busy with work that I don't have anytime for this project..

UPDATE!! They are in and are in testing mode..... I had to re-adjust them and had to fix little problems... so far so good, no body has flashed me and cops don't seem to care ....


I am going to start the how-too soon, just making sure I got everything I need to start it..


Here are some pics......Car is very DIRTY it has been raining now for 3 days and it suckssssss!! and in one pic you will see fog on the drivers headlight but it is all taking care of now..

Actually... Won't the bulbs not fit because they use different kinds? I thought about doing this in my P5, but I wasn't sure about the fitment.
