Header Install - What do I Torque Too????

Just installed an Ebay Header. Fitment went good but im not exactly sure what to torque the bolts too and in what pattern they should be tightend?? Only problem I have is at the connection to the rest of the exhaust, I guess I didnt tighten it enough because its really loud and I can feel the exhaust leaking at the joint.

Part Two

The problem I had with exhaust leak at the joint where the hearder meets the rest of the system has not gone away and I have tightend it as much as I can with an impact gun. I noticed the stock pipe has a ball joint that fit into the other pipe but the Ebay header is just a straight pipe. Do I need to put a gasket there or something? Its really loud and my engine light is on all the time now.

Has anyone on this forum ever put on an eBay or OBX header? Its been days and nobody has helped at all, not even any suggestions. Im not mad I just thought I would get alittle help here of all places.

Did you pull off the gasket ring at the end of your stock header (where it meets the midpipe) and reuse it for your new one?
That might help, instead of looking into picking up a gasket.

Oh, and the CEL that's on now is from the 02 sensor that connects to the first cat, which is now gone.

yea you have to reuse the gasket on the stock j pipe, the donut thing

and u have to do a non fouler to get the cel to go away
should take a few days after u do the non fouler but it'll go away if u did it right

I live in Toronto does anyone know if my car will still pass emissions with the new header???
