Head build (need info!)

Before I start I did try searching and couldn't find the info I need, but just In case I missed it I'm going to say sry now, just because I know how crazy some people get over duplicate posts lol
Any way I recently replaced my motor because I put a rod through the side of my original one (not getting into the details) the motor I got is good with 190-200psi across all cylinders, but unfortunately it has a bad valve seal on cylinder 4. Because my other motor still has a good head I want to build it up then just swap it. My plans r to port and polish, valve springs, 3angle valve, cams,thiner head gasket, adj. cam gears, and shave it.... Question is what's the most I can take off the head, and how much more compression can I get off this?

I still dont have the info I need, if no one knows the max, Maybe u can let me know what u guys have had ur heads decked to that way I'd at least know what is a safe amount to take off thanks

there was a thread in the FS section of a fs-ze that was built for rally, the guy quoted how much he took off the head to get compression up to 11.5:1, he was not running on pump gas, ur gonna hafta look for it, i'm not finding it, its there though,

I know I wont get 11.5:1 just cuz the ze's already run 1 poin above the normal de, but if what u say is true then 10:1-10.5:1 sound be possible... I'll look into it though thanks
