I've been moving a lot of building materials lately and keep meaning to take pictures to show just how much you can stuff in the back. Here's mine with a load of a dozen, 8 foot long deck boards....

But in order to shift the car out of park you will have to remove the knob from the shifter...

So dont make any sudden stops or your dashboard is toast :D

It's still easier than tying them down to the roof rack. That is perfect however for tying down sheets of plywood cut in half lengthwise. I didn't take a picture that day though...
 
Wouldn't it be great if the front passenger seat could fold flat like so many other small(ish) cars. :)
 
:D, the shift knob trick, clever idea.

I was thinking of creating a new thread to collect and re-post pics of all the stuff people have loaded in their MZ5s since this Mazda5 specific forums started here back in 2005.

I think Mazda Marketing will pay gold for those pics... LOL (yes)
