Has anyone seen these on an MS3?

I have been looking and looking on the net too see if someone has put satin aluminum mirror covers on an MS3, ala the Audi S4 look.
On ebay and other outlets all I see is chrome ones for sale... which I think look cheap. I am considering buying the chrome ones and DIY the aluminum look, if I can't find a manufacturer who sells them for a decent price. Anyway, I'll post a pic if I end up making/getting them.

Also, although I own a true red MS3, I have recently been lusting after a black one. I'll explain why .... A couple weeks back I was on I-91N in CT and I saw in my rearview mirror (actually I heard the rumble first, and far back I might add) of one of the baddest ass (newer generation) mustangs I have ever seen. It was all black (and I mean allllll black). Blacked out grill, rims, headlights, taillights, almost limo tint all around except for the windshield of course...everything..... my mouth dropped as it passed me, and the license plate was personalized..... GOTHAM and even that was a black background.....god, it looked and sounded awesome. I began to wonder what a black MS3 would look like completely black (I've seen some members on here with some blacked out rides but not entirely black). If anyone does have a completely blacked out MS3 post it.... I'm dying to see one. Thanks.

looks awesome... yeah that ny plate screws up that gotham look.... can you get a black themed plate in ny?.... awhile back when i lived in pa we could get a DARE "keep kids off of drugs" plate that was all black with red lettering.....

or if u go into like an autozone or pepboys, they have like a tinted LP cover and black frame, got it for mine, looks sick

Sounds like a good way to attract cops in most states. Nearly all have laws about anything that would obscure the plate.

btw in regards to the car on the homepage (although this is a very nice car)..the redline rims, windshield sticker, headlights and carbon fiber hood all corrupt the all black scheme...again this is a really sweet looking car though...

yea i had those on my car and i got a nice $60 ticket, cuz the cop couldnt read my plates when he was behind me....it doesnt help either when the covers get dirty or ne thing like that...but they do look good

EEEK a nascar plate, and I thought FL was bad with every friggn girl scout troop having their own plate

I personally think our car looks washed out all blacked out. At one point I had even tinted my headlights and taillights but didn't care for it as it just seemed too much black to me (some cars simply look better murdered than others).

Thus I went with a darker look but with some contrast. The only thing I want to do now is get some smoked side markers and I will be happy with the look. I wished I could tint my front windows, but in CA with the Nazi Police you're begging for a REF ticket with my mods, so I don't want any excuse to get pulled over.
