hard to shift.

i was driving this morning and the ca was driving fine. about a half hour after i left my house it started acting up. i came to a redlight and pulled out and couldnt get the car out of 1st gear. finally i got it out and had trouble getting into 2nd. then the car started driving fine agian. i drove about 10 more miles and then parked it for about 2 hours. on my way home i had trouble getting it into gear again then i went to shift into 5th on the highway and couldnt get it to go into any gear. any idea what the problem is?. called the dealer they told me to check fluids and they were all fine. please help.

Syncros are probably shot. If car is still under warranty have dealer check it out.

that is what happened when my clutch went.

Is it simply getting stuck in gear? Or is it grinding trying to get it into gear?
