Just wanted to say hi to anyone that finds this thread i see more us is started to spring up and take notice to one another and other msp's in the area which is nice i want to talk about a possible meeting once it starts getting nice out and a middle ground for all of us to meet and just enjoy the afternoon.

I live in Newport News. A guy I work with (hasn't registered on the forum yet) lives in Va Beach and just bought a Black '03.

what is up with everyone being up nova?! is there like anyone down here in the 757 area that would like to start something! This is kind of sad that is not too many of us around the area besides the peps up north
 
i'm in chesapeake most of the time....live in suffolk. There is only a very few of us down here. one guy has his own club "street evolution" they meet at the barnes and noble at greenbrier mall on sunday's around 7 or so. its a non-brand descript club, but he's a cool guy so you might wanna check em out.

i know about street evo, cause im part of team rev we all hang out together they have there club meetings there or something. on sundays they do have them on the weekends

i knowthe presents is strong up there but i my self am not taking my car on the free way for almost 4 hours for no reason. thats why im trying to see how many people there is down here so we wont have to come up there....not saying there is anything wrong but i my self like to drive only to the tracks not out of town to people i will never see on an everyday basis!
 
I've just purchased a 03.5 Titanium MSP. I live up in Hampton and am lookin for something to do with my new ride. I know of two others at my job that have them, but have never seen one on the road. Where are they? I know there are quite a few in the area.
 
hey all you VA people.....I've been in Suffoldk all this week and I noticed something kind of cool. I have been driving my aunt's highlander and her CRV and I heard something strange. Tune your radios to 90.3. I think it is NPR. Anyways, listen and you will hear what sounds like......well like a turbo. The sound responds to your throttle and everything. It sounds really cool! Not sure if it will work in our cars, but it worked in both the highlander and the CRV. All it needs now is a BOV. You have to listen to classical music and old people talking about the economy and s***, but it still sounds hella tight! Anyways, let me know if it works. Enjoy your new turbos!
 
hey laser, thats the classical station. it has a lot of just radio static so that's probably it. BTW i'm surprised i haven't seen you riding around since i live in suffolk. If you see a mellinium mica ES rollin around thats me....
 
I just moved from Portsmouth a couple of months ago... that's one less spicy MSP in the "757"... I believe I bought the first one sold in Hampton roads, one year ago today... I don't think I saw another one on the road the whole time I lived there, either. Where were you guys? ;-)
 
Hey. I'm just here to visit family. I live in Orlando...just come up here every couple of months.

Dang, I didn't even know it was a thread related to the 757 in this forum. But anyway, I'm here in NN. I have a silver Speed and so far, i really like the car. Beleive it or not, I haven't really beat on the car as much as I use to beat on my GSR, probably because the redline isn't as high and the exhaust is kinda quiet. But I'm down with meeting up or hanging or whatever the cause maybe. Shyt, I'm even down for a road trip or whatever, just give me notification, so i can make plans..

I work up on Ft. Eustis, and my car is only one of atleast 5 or 6 on post. It's a small base and I have counted at least 5 MSP there since I got there back in Nov.

My car is the only Silver, there is one blk, and three of the Tit...

All are bone stock and driven by avg. people, and I think two are owned by females, the blk and one of the Tit. The reason why I say avg. people is because I have talked to three of them, and they said they just bought the car looks basically.

If any of you guys are interested in auto crossing your MSP let me know. I run with the SCCA in Pungo. That's just south of VA Beach. Our cars kick ass. Last year was my first year but I did really well, usually finishing in the top 2 in my class. I think the first event is in March. I'll have to check on that. I, like Speed Vision, also have 4 other people at work with MSPs. 2 black (one of them mine) and 3 titaniums. I'll find out more on the autox events and do some more posts.
