haltech f10x problem

im trying to get in the haltech but for some reason its asking me for serial number password that is 8 characters long. HalwinX1.25 and HalwinX1.0 are both giving me the message and not connecting to my f10x. the car has sat w/ the battery disconnected for some time (blown motor). Could this have something to do with??? Anyone know the password, I never set one!!!

Try hiboost1, remember passwords are case sensitive. If that doesn't work contact Juan.
