I know I've seen some cars like this but I can't find anything doing a search. I recently scratched up my front bumper and I figured I might as well 'fix' it by getting this lip. I have True Red and I can't decide if I like this lip painted to match or black. I'm a little undecided if I want the lip at all, but I would like some good pictures to help me decide. Anyone have any personal pictures? It doesn't have to be red, but that would preferable.

HA I'd say paint it cause I didn't have any other choice like you or anyone else with a white/blue/red/silver car. I painted mine blackmica

lolI painted mine and my side skirts silver to match my car. I have seen the black on red and ti didn't look to well.... I found this pic online, not a full view of the car but will show you what red on the black looks like if you don't paint it:

I have this lip as well, but it actually doesn't lower the bumper at all! It just extends the bumper outward a bit, but dowsnt make the car any lower to scrape.

btw where are your eyelids from? and how much did you get em for? all the other pics of eyelids on our cars that i've seen looked pretty weak/chunky, but yours look pretty nice, especially with the lip/skirts.
I'm not sure of the brand, I bought them already painted and used from Nutari a forum member who parted everything out. But he was selling them as "silvia brand" I'm not sure exactly the brand they are, sorry about that
when you lower your carmore then 2 inches like i did it tends to scrape.. lol and where can i get this?

oh yeah mopst definately i would imagine it would scrape when dropped 2 inches. but even the stock bumper would scrape if lowered 2 inches. I was just saying that this lip doesnt drop the front anymore than stock, it just extends it outward, so you wouldnt have to worry about it making your car 1-2 inches lower than your stock bumper already is like most lips do (i.e. jetta gli lip or 350z lip)
As far as where to get this, I paid $190 shipped off ebay, the same supplier sold me their first set of side skirts before they put them onto the market for sale. Still waiting on them to carry a rear lip or rear add-ons. The quality of the one off ebay was fine for me. Tho another place nextmod dot com sells them for 250 plus shipping I believe.

Haha only the black undergaurd underneath the bumper gets messed up lol. But im deff gonna look into buying this lip.
yeah I would recommend the lip, sucks that there are no options realyl for this car and mazda did not tack on lip kits for the extensive price we have to pay for this car, wish they had made options for lip kits. I cannot find the springs I want yet so I haven't dropped mine, so stock height i dont scrape but I can imagine dropped 2-inches it will scrape. What springs are you on then thats dropped 2-inches without blwoing the shocks?

m-3-f has a group buy going for the gv lip, the spoiler lip, side skirts. some great prices especially if you buy more than one. go check ittttt
wise decision (2thumbs) would look hideous and cheap otherwise. Like a primered civic or teggy
