Guage rings?

You wont be disappointed. If i hadnt gotten down on the 43 special. i would certainly buy them at 55 dollars. They're a top notch product. I sometimes find myself not lookin at the road as much...whoops.

I just realized your name is a metal-ish band. I was browsing Roadrunners website today and thought 'wait thats that dudes handle of the protege board.'

I noticed that reading their Bio. They're down in portland now right? If i were to get a cd from them which one would u prefer?

wohoo!!! ordered rings last tuesday... got em yesterday morning (canada) and installed last night.. what difference.. i swear... there has to be atleast another 10-12 whp after install...hehe

anyway... looks great... i strongly recommend to anyone who is interested to order right away!

thx cullen/********** (thumb)

oh yeah... i read somewhere that someone had some of their guage lights dim after install... i had that same problem (must of pushed down on guages to hard or something) fixed it by doing the old tv with no reception fix... gave the cluster a nice non damaging bang.. and it worked.. hopefully that helps someone in the future.

Thatd be me. I havent had time to get back in there to fiddle with it. but i will perhaps try your method (poke)

Got mine yesterday too, woohoo! Anybody have any installation tips/tricks to offer?

I'm thinking of pulling the whole cluster out and doing the door-chime mod, as well as changing the led's to blue, might as well kill three birds with one stone. Anyone done this or have any suggestions for removing the cluster from the dash?

btw, and this is going to sound very silly, what does 'TTT' stand for????

There are instructions on how to remove the cluster that come with the rings.

TTT means To The Top...

Definatly pull the whole cluster out its really easy. The instructions that came with the rings are awesome, real easy to understand. 5 screws total. What i did was
A. removed the clear plastic shield then
B. removed the black surround for easier manipulation of the rings to make sure they're good and stuck without the worry of hitting the needles.

and as for TTT means To The Top. to bump the topic.

Yep, saw the instructions Cullen, and they do look pretty complete - just thought others might have other little tips that they used.

And thanks for the decoding! :D Learn something new everyday...

Just be careful puttin the clear piece back on. RaiderMP5 accidently cracked his.
