GT3 Challenge: 400HP MAX, ANY CAR YOU WANT!!!

I'm wondering if he took off the engine mods that he did before running that time.

I want to know how he shaved off 5-6 seconds from his time keeping the engine stock. I bought all the mods except for engine upgrades, did an oil change (brought it up to 395) and still only got a 36.

C'mon, there has to be more people still playing. Either way, challenge still stands after GT4 comes out assuming driving the Trueno in 4 is the same and the physics are still somewhat the same.
