So I ordered a Corksport Short Ram Intake and Turbo Inlet..over a week ago now. I think I ordered it on the Friday before last. I asked Ken to send me an e-mail when it shipped. I got an e-mail in Sunday saying it had shipped out.
Waited all week, excited to recieve my new toy, but to no avail. So then I call and leave e-mails for ken you know just to make sure it wasnt lost in shipment or something because I never received a tracking number, and I get a phone call back saying Corksport is waiting on something before they ship but it should be a few days. This was on Sunday or Monday I think. So I am thinking okay that won't be so bad I may get it this week.
Well I call Corksport today, thinking well it must be getting drop shipped from them, so maybe they can tell me when it is going to ship out. I get the guy on the phone, and apparently they ran out of MAF housings and wont have any until the END OF THE MONTH!!!!
My card sure as hell got charged though!! Why would I be told it had been shipped if it hadn't? One of the reasons I went with Corksport over COBB was the fact that I was rather disappointed in COBBS ability to get an intake to market after they couldn't sort their quality control issues.
This is really disappointing as a whole,if somebody at least took the time to call me and say HEY, we are out but we will get you one as soon as we have them that would of appeased me. I mean I would of been disappointed but I would of gotten over it. Instead I have to chase people down to get an answer?
C'mon people its called customer service, and its how you keep customer loyalty...
