grille work opinion

im thinking i wann replace my honeycomb ford-esque bumper grille work with aluminum (either black or brushed).... AND MAYBE find a way to replace the actual grille grille with the same... opinions? known issues?

www.umnitza.com they call it racer mesh or something... if thats what you are looking for, that stuff is great though not cheap..!!

that grill goes over the stock grill and will probably restrict airflow, but it looks good

You can do it a Ghetto way (but make it real nice) and try buying some from Home Depot.

really, i thought it replaced the stock honey comb look not just went over it...

maybe if you're worried about airflow, remove the original black honeycombs and just have the new grill in there

yeah thats what im looking to do... a full swap...the honeycomb is goin in the closet, so the airflow wont be too much of a prob..... im also looking into romoving the actual grille and instead of getting a/m grille for $$$ i might just affix the mesh to the "v" (or more of a "u" i guess) of the bumper (the part that would be flush with the stock grille). a closely cropped photoshop looks decent, its just a matter of making DAMN sure it doesnt look ghetto-rigged.
