i completely agree. I cant beleive that the LFA is leading right now. at $340,000 its one of the most expensive cars on the list aside from the veyron and its definitely not the fastest. plus the Areo is made here in the USA putting to rest all the talk about us not being able to make a proper supercar...rubbish!!!!

I had to vote for the vette, not because its the sexiest or the fastest, but because its the only one the list I might actually own someday. The GT3 was a close second, but they'll hold their value better than the vette. I can see ZR1s on the used car market in 10 years selling for 20K. There are Z06s trading in the teens. A car isn't that super to me if I have no possibility of driving one let alone owning one.

Gotta love engineering exercises like the Veyron and LF-A. Nice to see companies still push the limit like that. The LF-A, while not the fastest/best performing on that list, is still the cheapest "engineering exercise" you'll see right now. I don't think you'll be touching a Veyron or Maclaren F1 for close to that.
