thats insane. they went as far as to model the cars behind the building that you normally wouldn't see from the track.

Also, is it me or is that white ms3 in the background? All you can see is the roof-line but it has a certain shape and what I think is a very identifiable spoiler...

Sorry to burst your bubble but that is GT5 tv...its something polyphony is doing to make GT an all around motor sports hub.

Its not real game play, its a test of the cars in a price range on tv. The MS3 against the WRX, and the new 1 series etc. This is not to say the MS3 wont be in the actual game but the GTtv function is sorta like youtube but only for motorsports...actually this video is on these forums somewhere.

It's cool to see this because last I heard is that this function was being canned from the game. Also Forza 2 is a great game, and the speed 3 is probably comming out in a DLC here in a few weeks. And about the possible white MS3 in the background, look at the rear quarter window, the 3s go upwards not down, that vehicle though i cant exactly tell what it is deffinately has a downward slope in the last window, its not a MS3.

I read today that GT5 should be out early 2009, so expect it around 2011. GT5 Prologue is out April 17 though. 6 tracks, 60 cars, and online racing. No MS3 though, guess I'll have to stick to real life for now!

Rumor has it that the new content for Forza 2 has the MS3 and 6 in it. We'll see though. It should be out within a week or so.

GT is gonna fail. Only because of the way that Sony keeps pushing the release date and and screwing fans three ways to Sunday. By the time it gets released we'll have an announcement for Forza 3 which more than likely will destroy GT5 (like F2 did with GT4).

I can't see it failing no matter how much it's put off! I've been playing the HD demo for quite some time with one track and still enjoy the hell out of it. Plus your talking different platforms...

GT5 won't fail. Sorry. They can push it out and push it out, but, I still think it'll do good! They own the market with racing sims. They have done the best graphic wise! I do like Forza 2 because the car takes physical damage though.

I still look back and compare GT1 compared to the other racing games out on the market at that time. There was no comparison.
Gotta save for a PS3 now.

According to the official car list for GT5, there will not be a playable Mazdaspeed 3 or 6 in the game. I am buying it anyway and the new Logitech wheel they are coming out with in May. I figure I have to get some fun out of my PS3 besides Blu-Ray movies. (Which is the ONLY reason I purchased it.)
