They are the same person. Brach only uses the Medieval account now as far as I know.

Sent a PM to Medieval, got a reply in less than 24 hours. Had my replacement power steering pulley in less than a week. Hopefully everyone else's problems are getting taken care of as well. Looks like he's on his way to getting AV status again.

Good Luck, and thanks again Brach (medieval).

I agree, he seems to have whatever was going on sorted out. I know alot of people either got their product or their refunds back. Hopefully he gets his A/V status back again.......the new P/S Pulley redesign is phenomenal, as well as the new crank pulley seem much better. and the Motor Mounts I prefer these over the AWR ones. So Bump for Medieval shows alot to stand by his product and not give up when his back is on the wall. He once said when s*** was hitting the fan for him that he was "in it for the long run" and I guess he was right. He stuck with it and is getting caught up on alot.

To put the bolt back on or take it off?

The amount of torque needed to remove alt pulley bolt. I actually just bought an electric/cordless dewalt impact wrench with a max torque of 300ft-lbs. The wrench is heavy as hell....just wondering if i bought overkill here. I also just had foot surgery, so it may be a few weeks before i can work on this

I didn't measure how much torque is required to take it off, I just put my rubber strap wrench around the pulley, put my impact on the nut and it loosened up pretty quick. With a strap wrench and impact, it should pop right off. Never hurts to put a little WD-40 on a let it soak a few minutes first either. I also just used the impact to drive the nut back on. A couple bursts of the trigger is all you need.

P.S. My impact is air powered rated at 650 reverse torque.

finally got pics of pulleys installed. i have all 3 pulleys installed. alt,wp and finally ps. have had them on for over 500 miles!!! no problems.. i can definately feel the difference.! awesome mod.! i am also running RR racing udp.

Looks sweet dude, I may have to pick up one of those PS pullies if they dont break on people again lol.

The redesigned pulley is much superior in strength. The thought put into drilling the holes on the new was is far better. Plus, the only reason the ps pulley broke in the past is because people tightened the belt WAY too tight.

Of course the reason people did that in the 1st place was because of improper grooving, but that problem was resolved with the redesign...

The first batch of PS had a groove misalignment. Due to this the belt needed to be tightened down more than needed which caused a failure. The new design is dead on and does not have any issues.

medieval,
not sure about your AV status, but I have already ordered so here goes...any word on when I can expect a replacement Crank pulley? I have already paid dealership to install others, and wanted them to install the "v.1" pulley, but will wait for the new "v.2". Cheers!

AV status, more than likely will never be again. I am here for you guys though. If there is any problems with our parts or something is missing, let me know.

The V1 crank pulley was redesigned and replacments sent out. Since those replacements a new design emerged. This one far superior. Lighter and with more curves. The design is very similar to the WRX/STI crank pulley we now have. You can see that on our website.
