Crank pulley guys, I have made new one and have been swapping them out. I have a list of pulley guys that are waiting on screws, but will be getting a new crank pulley. You will need to keep the timing gear and put it on the new one.

Those names are
John Herrick

I have moved since the original order. My new address has been PM'd to you. Thank you for following through on improving your product.

Man I haven't gotten jack.....again I am still waiting on the original crank, and I haven't been following the thread since I don't have my P5 but if there are replacements coming for the other pulleys, I still haven't gotten any of those either. I'd rather just take my money back.....

just received my 4 pulleys. is it a good idea to use loctite on the allen screws for the crank pulley? do those or will those teeth need adjusting or need to come off at any point? sorry im a noob with the pulleys

Hmm, replacements?? I purchased all the orginal pulleys in the original GB.....and im still rockin the orginal ones.....havent recieved any replacements.

got the new crank and P/S pullies. they look puuurdy. i like the natural look better than the anodized. the cleanup on the newer pullies is superb too. also the screws are much bigger.

in other news,
like i said earlier when i had the P/S pulley pressed on they ****** up and it wasn't completely straight so it wobbled a tiny bit, well the other day i noticed the belt jumped a groove to the outside of the pulley :0 . dunno how long it was like that but i fixed it, and today i was fixing my radiator's horrible rattle, and noticed the P/S pulley spinning straight now. maybe the belt jumping a groove and putting more tension on the outside fixed it, i dunno but no more wobble for me. and now that it runs straight, i'm swapping it out for the new one, go figure

I haven't been on for a while since I got my replacement screws. I am supposed to get a replacement ps and crank pullies?

I got home and had a new PS pulley waiting for me which was nice but I still need the new crank pulley. Here is what my collection currently looks like.

The new PS pulley is leaps and bounds above and beyond the original. The original was flat out heavy- the webs were way too thick and had enormous rotational inertia. The new design looks like some actual thought went into the design- nice and light and there's a night and day difference when rotating each in your hands. I haven't had the opportunity to install the new one yet, but I should be able to in the next couple weeks.

anyone else having problems with the screws on the crank pulley contacting the lower timing belt cover? thats what destroyed the original design and it looked like the new one was gonna do it, so i cut a groove in the cover

anybody running all the pulley's without issues? i'm getting ready to install all 3, but i'm a bit nervous (nailbyt)
