I am stocking them. Right now I have PS pulleys instock, ALT and Crank pulleys will be ready this week, WP next week.

ok sounds great g/f is having a huge problem with something in her pulley system right now so i figure this is a good way to fix that

So...still nothing here.

Any idea what's going on? I'm only going to install them in the summer, so I'm not in a hurry, but I ordered these during the first release months ago.

Send me a PM with what you are missing. This is the first I have heard of this.

have these gone out yet?

Powersteering Pulley
Lightweight Crank Pulley

PS pulleys have shipped and the crank pulley was remade. They are going to the anodizer tomorrow and will have them back after the holidays (they are closed until the 2nd).

finally back now. :) although just found out I will be leaving for Afghanistan (only a 30 day stint, however) in about 30 more days. :)

I just got my 'twiggy' cams the other day and I can't wait for my light weight crank pulley to come so I can put both of em in

I am remaking the crank pulley. You ordered your ALT and I was under the impression you wanted me to compain the shipping. If not, let me know and I can send it off. The 2nd batch of ALT pulleys are near complete. I expect both to be headed to the anodized this week coming up.

Perfect, yes, sending them both together is preferable. Thanks! Merry Christmas!!

is there anyway to install these, specially the PS pulley, without having all of those tools? such as pulley puller, hydrolic press, and impact wrench? I really don't want to pay someone to do this, but I also don't want to start the job and not be able to finish it because I don't have the right tools and mess something up. Thanks in advance.

Many places have "loan-a-tool" deals. A local Autozone-style shop will loan me the pulley puller for free...

Sorry if this has been asked before but I couldn't read through 55 pages (i got through 12). Do these pulleys fit all proteges, the 1.6L in particular?

So the 3 piece light weight protege(ALT, WP, PS) pulleys are back in stock right? That is what it says in your first post but I just want to make sure.

No they are now. Just the PS is in stock. The ALT pulleys are being anodize. The anodizer has been closed since X-mas eve.

I made an error on the CNC program for the crank pulley and did not catch it until they where complete and at the anodizer. This mistake has set back other parts 3-4 weeks. The crank pulleys are just about complete and from there I can get back to the other parts.

This is one reason why I like you as a vendor. No run arounds as to why the parts are taking so long.

Sorry for the crappy picture. My GF had the digital camera. The crank pulleys are just about done. That is a progress picture to show where I am. I have 1 setup left. The error killed my production time and has put me behind on everything that was to come after them. So be patient.
The 2nd batch of ALT pulleys are set to ship next week. The 2nd batch of WP pulleys will ship the week after that. As it stands right now I will have about 10 set's of pulleys in stock once all the orders are filled. I will not be running anymore Protege pulleys for about 3 months. I have other Mazda pulleys coming down the pipeline right now. So if you are going to order, please do so.
When the Protege ALT pulleys start shipping again, I'll post in here saying so.

At this stage, we protege owners are lucky you started making some more stuff for us. I don't see much aftermarket part development likely for these cars given their age, most stuff has been covered & the fact that the world has moved on to newer stuff. As long as I can score the res caps, rad cover, batt tiedown & maybe that rear package tray inlay I'll be set. Patiently anxious. Thanks again for your efforts.
