I live in the middle of BFE and have it 135 in hot weather and cold weather on several occassions. My car cuts out instantly at 135 - every time - it must be governed. My '93 Prelude hits 140 and just can't go any faster - the Prelude is not governed. There is a significant difference what a car feels like when it is governed and when it is not. The "Speed" hits the wall at 135 every single time without fail - I have done this on at least 8 seperate occassions. Disclaimer: All speed that was attained by me and my "Speed" was attained on barron stretches of Texas highway with no passengers.

I had mine a peice over 135......But it was on a slight decline......It's rare that I need to go THAT fast so I could give a sh!t.....

I did about 138 on a flat...it was awesome, I did it twice in a row and it def has a limiter and def. not drag or whatever the hell u guys are saying hahahhah..
