Got the Speed stuck

I got the speed stuck tonight, I couldn't get up the hill to the apartment complex so its sitting in the corner of BiLo parking lot. These potenzas really do suck in the snow. But i'm not buying steelies because we get snow maybe once a year. Just thought i'd share my experience with you.

I think i'm gonna get the continental extreme contact all seasons next time. I have a set of drag radials on my rotas for the track, so I just need some good all around tires for daily driving.

Potenzas are great for me here in Miami, but they do suck in the rain cause I did some hydroplaning the other day that made me relize this. Next time I'm gettin another brand for sure.

I know Top Gear Reviewed the RX-8 (which has RE040 too) and Jeremy find them very "skiddish" in the wet. A lot of reviews accuse them of sucking in the rain.

is this for us regular sedaners also? we have the same potenzas as msps correct? exception to size
The reguar sedans have the potenza's, but i didnt know they go the RE040's...I highly doubt they do.

Regular Sedans don't have RE040. That is simply impossible. They must come with all seasons radials. At least, here in Canada it's the case.

the potenzas are "Z" rated tires which are made for high speeds not snow or ice. They are really good tires compared to other brand "Z" rated tires, but i may be a little bias since I work for Bridgestone

When my snows showed up from tirerack.com, I tried to pull my car from the driveway to the garage (level ground) to put them on and couldn't do it. After spinning for a few seconds, I put the car in first and literally stepped out of it with the engine just idling away. Both front tires spinning, car didn't move an inch. I had to have my brother come over and help my push it into the garage. That's Ohio for you. Why did we colonize this part of the continent?

I know my MP3's not a MSP but its got turbo so whatever. But I put some michelin something or anothers and they got pretty good in the snow. We got about 10 inches yesterday and last night. but I'm not driving the MP3 anymore, its for sale and my WRX kills the snow.

I'm pretty sure they come with like RE92's which are an all season tire

Snow...snow...snow... now here's the more important question Adam: Who's the hottie in your avatar? lol.
