Got some mail today...

Going in to order the wheels tomorrow. 640 for all for wheels. 440 for all tires. 1080 overall + tax and mounting/balancing the tires onto the wheels.


Question for you guys: I need a fender roll, should I get one after I put on the wheels, to see how much I need to roll, maybe even pull, or should I get one before I put on the wheels to prevent rubbing in the first place?

I just dont know if ill need a pull so im not sure, wouldnt wanna get a pull before and find out it wasnt necessary

what are the final specs on the wheels/tires you ordered?

assuming it's in the range of sizes you were talking about, i'd just go for a good roll to start and see how they fit. a proper roll won't damage the integrity of the car. once you start pulling the fenders there's no going back... no need to change the shape of you fenders if you don't need to.

on my set up the only thing that rub is the plastic part of the fender I cut it a little and sand it haven't got any rub since.
 
Im being really indecisive now. Should I get the SVNs or Torques? either one comes in the same specs, I just can't decide.

Im not sure how concave the torques will be either, if they will be at all, concave makes it look so much better.
 
hmmm id either get the g-forces before either of those just dont know if they come in the specs you want.
but i guess if i had to chose id take the SVN's. my friend had them on his protege 5 and they looked awesome (thought they where legit volks)

Yeah the G-forces dont come in the specs I want. They come in 18x9 +30 but thats too aggressive for me to DD
