Good Tire Cleaner

Does anyone know of a good tire cleaner? I want my tires to be like new (like they were when I first bought my P5) and remove the brown haze that shows up after the tires have been on the road. I have used Westley's tire cleaner in the past but if you get that stuff on polished rims it will jack it up. Any suggestions?

I dont use a tire cleaner as much as I use a tire spray. Right now I am using Turtle Wax Wet look tire spray (or something like that). It makes the tire look better then new.

Let it be known that after you spray the tire with this stuff and drive the car the first time some will spray up on your car, but its easy to clean off with a cloth. I spray my tires about once a week after washing my car,

I have used Mcguires and the Turtle wax Todd uses... turtle wax wet look is 10 times better than the meguires.... lasts longer... even though mcguires says lasts for weeks, not days. Id go with the turle wet look. you wont be dissapointed

APEXiStud once recommended the Meguairs product to me. It shouldn't be too hard to find as it seems to be the only Meguiars tire product that was on the shelf at Target. Its not a spray, but a cheap kit that comes with a bottle and a foam applicator. The s*** works incredibly. I haven't tried the turtle wax product, but really don't feel the need to, since this stuff has lasted on my tires for about 3 weeks at a time. Thanks APEXi!

I clean mine first with just some good ol' soap and water and a brush, then hit it with some whitewall cleaner, and then use some Black Magic Silver Tint on it. It gives your tires the desired wet look with some nice sparkle, nothing too bling, bling.

i got two complimentary bottles of eagle wet tire spray when we were in the car show in san mateo...its cool for a couple of days...its good for a quick wet look...ive always use meguiars, ive never used turtle wax, i might just have to try from reading this thread...
