GI: Utah Mazda Owners Meet

2016 Mazda 3 Hatch
Gauging interest in regular Mazda meets in Utah. Not a lot of responses on the Utah channel so I'm spreading the word to the community. Anyone and everyone who has a Mazda on this forum is welcome to join/help coordinate! Lets get something started!
 
Aight here's the setup. Friday may 2nd is when the RMR midnight drags start. We should set somewhere in salt lake to meet up at and take part in the competition. It's only $10 per driver to enter so I think it would be a fun way to kick off the summer.

Also, they are having a super oval test and tune on April 12th. That runs $22 per driver but it's a great opportunity to get your cars ready for the track season.

Let me know if any of you are interested in going to one or both of these.
 
me and and 2 other msp's will be there im sure i can get an mp3 and mazda3 to go to
 
im there only 17 still so cant run but ill come watch u guys in my new ms3 should have intake and exhaust by that time i would love to come and watch u guys run and chill and talk mazda's call me when we get closer to date maybe? 801-386-3663

Yeah but that 150 is at the crank not to the wheels. I looked at a dyno and i think it was only like 111 or something. I'll think about it but i've never been on the track before. Would probably be a good experience
 
RMR Race Night

A night at the races! The date: Friday, May 2nd. The place: Rocky Mountain Raceway, 5400W off of hwy 201 (2100s). We will discuss a meeting place beforehand so we can arrive as a group/team. Event starts at 11pm so we'll want to get there around 9-10 so we can register early enough. The entry cost is $10 per driver and per passenger, and spectators cost $7. Lets get everyone we can to do this! Kick off the summer with our first official event!
 
I'm absolutely down for this!

However, I've done the MD's several times, if you want to run you will HAVE to be there as early as possible, no later than 8pm and even that is pushing it. There are a LOT of people that show up to run the MD's, it's chaotic, rediculously organized, and the only way of making it is is to be there early. I normally show up around 7pm and manage to be in the first half of the group. Any later and you will be waiting a while for your first run :)

next meet?

hey whens the next meet ?? i really want to come up from st. george and race with errybody :) and i wanna finaly meet some mazdaspeed fans in UTAH !!!
