GI on budget turbo kit

The love of being boosted has brought me to the idea of offering a low budget turbo kit. Here is the idea.
6psi, Non intercooled setup...150-160whp at 6psi.
Mitsh turbo capable of 250HP.Or a T3 for $300 more($1900 kit)
Internally Wastegated
stainless manifold
mild steel downpipe
all hose couplings and clamps
oil drain and feed lines
powdercoated cold parts
Bosch BOV

This setup would run $1600.Then you would need engine managment. The FMU and Clamp idea would cost you another $295 or the MPI is another option.
I would love to hear everyones idea's.Please pass the word.

You know im all over this ... would be perfect for the auto trannys out there (need a sponsored car;) ) and im sure it could be upgraded for an intercooler later.

What kind of turbo is it? This sounds awsome for the price is this including shipping?

i'm interested
spool stage 1 (non intercooled) put down about 150 to the wheels @ 6psi, do you see this being comparable?

Also, what about FMIC upgrade in the future?

you go beau...

it's a great idea.
alot of people just want a turbo setup to either learn or to jsut add a couple of ponies under the hood...

speaking of hood... it sounds like their are gun shots going off outside... so much for living in newark...

make that money man..

by the way... when you say mitsubishi turbo... would you mean a 16g (or even a big16g)???? cause that's a very good turbo (in my opinion)

I really like the idea, but would there be an option to upgrade to an intercooled set up later?

I'm would think it'd place the inlets and outlets in a similar position to the SS kit, but I cant say for sure

There will be no option for a front mount. The TDO4H is only capable of 250-250hp.With that in mind there's no need to a FMIC at 6psi.The cost will take it right out of the budget title.
The idea is to bring in a reliable $1600 turbo kit that puts down 150-160whp.

If I wasn't buying a house, I'd jump all over this. Oh well. Guess the need for shelter is greater than the need for speed.................

i think you'd really have to stop and look at the specifics between the wagner non intercooled kit versus this. Its got management and a bigger turbo for 2500 range. Plus the fmic is a direct bolt on.
